SEN. KELLY LOEFFLER QUALIFIES TO RUN FOR
UNITED STATES SENATE, VOWS TO KEEP DELIVERING FOR GEORGIA FAMILIES
ATLANTA – Today, conservative businesswoman and political outsider Kelly Loeffler qualified to run for the United States Senate seat she currently holds. Joined by friends, family, and supporters – including Gov. Kemp and other state leaders – Sen. Loeffler pledged to keep delivering on the issues that matter most to Georgians.
“I am proud to announce that, earlier this morning, I qualified to run for the United States Senate seat I currently hold,” said Loeffler. “I am honored to have the confidence of so many Georgians across our great state. The momentum for our campaign and outpouring of support has been tremendous – and it continues to grow every day.
“I know that some will continue to launch false attacks and play political games. But I want Georgians to know that I’m sticking to a positive, uplifting vision for our future – and remain focused on delivering results on the issues that matter most.
“We are bringing everyone together – from every corner of our state – to protect the American Dream from the left’s socialist nightmare. We are running to win, and we will do whatever it takes to earn a big victory in November!”
Since she took office in January, Sen. Loeffler has emerged as a strong conservative leader in the United States Senate. Using her experience in the private sector, Loeffler championed President Trump’s fair trade deals, backed efforts to crack down on illegal immigration, co-sponsored legislation to protect the unborn, and proudly stood in defense of the 2nd Amendment.
Loeffler’s campaign has also gained strong support from conservative leaders in Georgia and across the nation, including: Gov. Brian Kemp, Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan, Attorney General Chris Carr, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Susan B. Anthony List, and Maggie’s List. She has also anchored her campaign with the tremendous grassroots support of over 200 local leaders from communities across the state.
