While Do Nothing Doug Collins Flip Flops on Re-Opening Economy, Kelly Loeffler Continues Working for Georgia

ATLANTA—While political outsider and conservative businesswoman Kelly Loeffler delivers relief to Georgians impacted by Covid-19 and works with President Trump and Governor Kemp to safely re-open our economy, career politician Doug Collins continues to show that he’s not interested in helping during this crisis. And now, after attacking Governor Kemp’s measured approach to re-opening Georgia, Doug is backtracking—now saying he supports the idea.

Stephen Lawson, Campaign Communications Director said, “While Senator Loeffler has been working around the clock to provide relief to families and businesses impacted by Covid-19, holding China accountable, and putting forth solutions to re-open our economy, do nothing Doug Collins has been doing what he does best: nothing. First, he criticized Governor Kemp for smartly and safely beginning to re-open our economy, but now he’s flip-flopping, saying it was the right move. In times of crisis, Georgians deserve leaders like Kelly Loeffler who are standing up to deliver results —not career politicians who play politics and only look out for themselves.”
